AH905 Carbide (Al, Ti)N base S01-S10 S For superalloys. Excels in both cutting edge sharpness and wear resistance. AH905 series is acknowledged as an industry leading grade for turning of super alloys with performance that can improve speeds, feeds, and productivity by up to 40%. BX310 CBN - Polycrystalline T-CBN H High speed continuous machining grade. The binding force between particles is improved by using relatively course CBN grains. Excellent wear resistance. Hardness 2700-2900 Hv. TRS 0.80-0.90 GPa.
BX330 CBN - Polycrystalline T-CBN H Super fine grained grade for superior surface finish. Super fine grain CBN particles are bound with a special binder. Maintains it's very sharp cutting edges. Hardness 2800-3000 Hv. TRS 0.85-0.95 Gpa
BX360 CBN - Polycrystalline T-CBN H General purpose grade for contiuous to ordinarily interrupted machining. Composed with fine grained and course grained CBN particles. BX470 CBN - Polycrystalline T-CBN S Super fine grain PCBN grade for machining ferrous sintered metals. The highest content of CBN in the world as a practical tool material.

BXM20 CBN - Polycrystalline COATED T-CBN H First Choice. Coated grade for continuous and interrupted machining and the removal of the carburized layer. High chipping resistance CBN substrate. The surface is coated with a dedicated coating material. T-CBN: New coated CBN grade for hardened steel turning "BXM20". For hardened steel machining applications with exceptional tool life, the Tungaloy Corporation has now developed its new coated CBN, BXM20. The new BXM20 offers excellent adhesion strength that enables it to deliver outstanding surface finishes regardless of cutting conditions. The BXM20 has excellent chipping resistance that ensures it delivers a stable cutting performance. It has a composition that makes it suitable for heavy interrupted operations and it complements the BXM10 inserts that have been designated as the choice for continuous machining at high speeds. Whilst the BXM10 is specific in its attributes for continuous high speed machining, the BXM20 is ideal for general and continuous machining as well as interrupted cutting and the removal of carburized layers. With a remarkable impact resistance, the BXM20 has a high rupture strength and hardness. This makes the new grade suitable for continuous, light, medium and heavy interrupted machining. The new BXM20 is available with two chipbreaker designations, the HM & HF inserts. The HM is suited for deep machining whilst the HF is ideal for medium depth machining. The new BXM20 incorporates a new wiper edge that eliminates chatter and guarantees stable cutting performance. The new grade has a unique curved shape on the cutting edge and this shape reduces form errors. This new wiper insert can perform at higher feed rates than inserts with a normal cutting edge. The new BXM20 is available with either two or three cutting edges and a clearance angle of 5, 7 or 11 degrees and corner radii of 0.2, 0.4, 0.8 and 1.2mm. It offers performance beyond the capabilities of competitor inserts with exceptional tool life, productivity and cost reduction performance.
CX710 Ceramic - ALUMINA/TiC K01-K25 K Si3N4 based ceramics for high speed cutting of cast irons. Higher toughness level and heat conductivity than the FX105 grade.

DX120 Diamond - Polycrystalline N For precision machining of non-ferrous metals and nonmetals where high quality surface finish is required. Features the finest grain structure in T-DIA series and excels in grindability and cutting edge sharpness.
DX140 Diamond - Polycrystalline C4 N Used for machining of non-ferrous metals and nonmetals. Composed of medium and fin grain diamond, provides moderate wear resistance and grindability.
DX160 Diamond - Polycrystalline N Can be used for machining half sintered ceramics and cemented carbides, stones and non-ferrous metals. Mixed sintered compact composed of large and fine grain diamond. Grindability is superior to that of DX180
DX180 Diamond - Polycrystalline N Suitable for turning half sintered ceramics and cemented carbides. Features the highest purity levels and large grain PCD for excellent wear resistance.
FX105 Cermanic C2-C4 K01-K10 K This silicon nitride based Ceramic is used for high speed cutting of cast irons. It has superior strength, toughness and thermal characteristics compared to Al2O3 based ceramics.
