Cutting Edge ships via UPS Ground (3-5 Day), UPS Blue (2-Day) and UPS Red (1-Day Overnight). International orders are shipped USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail.

Free shipping offer valid in the United States only and orders are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS 2-Day and Overnight delivery options are available to US residents only. Free shipping offer not valid on machines, vises, tool carts and single items weighing over 25 pounds. We do ship worldwide, standard international rates will be applied. UPS Standard to Canada and UPS Worldwide Expedited Services available.

Please note: Orders must be placed by 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time for UPS Expedited Delivery to be fulfilled. Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed the following business day.


Returns / Refunds

If you are not satisfied for any reason products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged and unused). Prior to returning items, you must call or email us for approval. Returned items must should be in the original item packaging.  All returns must include a copy of the order confirmation and packing slip.  ** A 15-20% restock fee at the discretion of CETS may apply depending on individual vendor policy for returns. **
